What better way to start off a new month then to gather up your favorite stamping supplies and make a new project! This week's challenge at the Lawnscaping blog is all about using your favorite products:
For my card, I used one of my first Lawn Fawn purchases: Let It Snow. I just love this stamp set! It's definitely not just a holiday stamp set. All of the images are so versatile and can be used for a variety of occasions and seasons. So "a few of my favorite things" are simply using stamps in interesting ways and using lots of beautiful ink colors. Here's my card:
I'll admit, it was kind've a pain stamping this one out! I used a piece of tape to mask off the tree trunk-- every time-- and used my stamp-a-ma-jig to position each triangle correctly. I thought I would be able to eyeball the stamping on my first attempt, but you can image how well that went! The sentiment is from the Summertime Charm set.
