Happy Saturday!
I'm here today to share a card I made a few days ago. We've been here in Hawaii for about 4 months now and I've been feeling a little homesick being almost 5000 miles away from home. I was fortunate to have my parents and sister be able to visit last month, but it was especially sad when it was time for them to leave. So I made this card to send to family back home:
This was a very simple card to make- just some masking and stamping in different ink colors. I also decorated the envelope using the same ink colors.
I'll be linking this card up to this week's Simon Says Stamp Challenge: Anything Goes.
Hope you enjoy the weekend. Thanks for stopping by!

Aw, this is such a sweet card! I really like the envelope that you decorated! I'm sorry that you're feeling homesick. Thankfully there are phones and video chats. :)
ReplyDeleteSuper cute and love your sentiment. Hugs to you...good byes are always hard, but you can always look forward to the next time! As we say in Hawaii "a hui hou" (until we meet again)
