Lawnscaping Challenge #61: Sketch

Hey Everyone!

Are you ready for another Lawnscaping Challenge??  This time we're creating projects based off of this awesome sketch by Chrissie:

This challenge was especially difficult for me!  My craft supplies are so limited right now and all I could do was think of all the supplies that I didn't have... like circle dies!  I did, however, have a leftover circle from this card, so I made do with what I had and here's what I came up with:

I thought it would be fun to mirror the sketch and use the hot air balloon in place of the banner.  I started by stamping the map background on the card base as well as on the leftover circle and popped the circle up with some foam tape for a little extra dimension.  I used some colored cardstock to paper-piece the hot air balloon and decorated it with little stars from the same set.  The sentiment is from Flying By.

I hope you'll head over to the Lawnscaping Blog to check out the DT AND check out the Lawnscaping Facebook page everyday for a little more Lawn Fawn inspiration from the Facebook DT!  I also hope you'll play along with us, because Simon Says Stamp is our awesome sponsor!  You could win a $25 gift certificate!
