Lawnscaping Challenge #75: Dots & Hearts

It's time for another Lawnscaping Challenge!  With Valentine's Day just around the corner, we're encouraging you to use hearts and dots on your projects!

Here's my card:

I created the front panel with some distress inks and a stencil from The Crafter's Workshop. I've had the stencil for a while, but haven't ever used it, so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to do so.  The stamps are all from Lawn Fawn's Woodgrain Backdrops stamp set.  After choosing a heart for the focal point, I stamped the sentiment and then stamped the arrow.  I just masked off the heart to avoid stamping in the heart.  I was also able to make the arrow a little longer to accommodate the size of the heart:

I love how clear stamps are so easy to line up!
I finished up the card by using a copic multiliner to draw lines and dots around the heart and front panel.  The card base is stamped in black with the woodgrain stamp.

Thanks for stopping by!  Our sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp, who will be giving away a $25 gift card to the lucky winner!  Hope you'll join us!
